Information you share
If you contact Groove, you may choose to share your name, email address, reason for reaching out and message. The contact form opens your email app; the message is sent only when you choose to send it.
How it is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand interest in Groove’s programmes and manage any conversation you choose to begin. It is not sold or rented to third parties.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared only where needed to provide a service you ask for, where you give permission, or where disclosure is required by law. If Groove introduces a third-party service in the future, its role will be explained before your information is shared.
Keeping information
Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a requested relationship or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask for your personal information to be corrected or deleted, subject to those obligations.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide information, although that may limit Groove’s ability to respond. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, email us using the address below.
